Technical characteristics
The cable tensioner vehicle has advanced technical performance, large power reserve and high operation efficiency. Its main parts are selected from internationally famous manufacturers, Such as Rexroth, Cummins, EMB, Eaton, ATOS, etc.
The functional features of the vehicle are as follows:
(1). Conduct constant tension unrolling and stringing of wire and carrier cable, and the whole operation process will not affect the normal operation of adjacent lines.
(2). The required tension of OCS wire and carrier cable can be adjusted continuously or kept constant as required, and displayed on pressure gage and LCD.
(3). The OCS construction can be completed according to the designed tension value, height value and pull-out value of the OCS cable.
(4). The tension cable unrolling vehicle can realize the rolling operation of old wire and carrier cable during the transformation of OCS.
(5). The tension cable unrolling vehicle adopts electro-hydraulic control technology, with LCD touch screen operation mode and manual operation mode.
(6). When the tension cable unrolling vehicle works, it can display various parameters on the LCD touch screen in real time to indicate the working state of the vehicle, and it can display the pay-off length, speed, etc. in real time, and automatically alarm when the remaining length of the wire and the carrier cable is insufficient.
