The charging equipment adopts redundant parallel operation of multiple high-frequency switching power supply modules to form a high-power charging system. The current unbalance between modules is no more than 5%. It is highly reliable and easy to maintain.

The charging equipment adopts redundant parallel operation of multiple high-frequency switching power supply modules to form a high-power charging system. The current unbalance between modules is no more than 5%. It is highly reliable and easy to maintain.
The power module adopts LLC resonance technology, which improves the power efficiency, and the vehicle charging system efficiency is up to 95%.
The segmented constant power design and wide range of outlet voltage and current setting can greatly improve the charging speed. Fast charging and slow charging is optional.
The power module has a standard isolated CAN communication interface to communicate with the monitor.
The charging system is equipped with an independent monitor, which can exchange information with HMI and the host computer to monitor the operation of the system.
HMI adopts high-performance ARM chip and 7’’ true color touch screen, with humanized design, simple and convenient operation.
HMI is connected with the battery management system (BMS) or the onboard instrument through CAN bus, and the charging operation modes are set according to the given parameters of battery patrol system (BPS) to realize fast charging.
Perfect protection functions: AC overvoltage/undervoltage protection, AC leakage protection, DC outlet overvoltage/undervoltage protection, outlet current limiting/overcurrent protection, over temperature protection, battery reverse polarity protection.
The operation panel adopts injection molding in one process step, which is beautiful and durable.
