Speed up stringing equipments delivery

As the negative effect of #COVID19 is lower and lower in our city,we acchieved 100% resumption in production as same time last year in May,we totally deliveryed 19 sets of of pullers and tensioners this month,those orders delivery were delayed by the pandemic in last several months.

This delivery pace is expected to last for at least 3 months following.
