Last week,BODA service engineers went to a customer for stringing equipments maintenance and repair.With more than 200 sets of hydraulic pullers and tensioners from several suppliers,70% of those stringing equipment bought from BODA.BODA paid special attention to service to this customer.

BODA takes priority on parts supply,annual inspection as well as service to customers site.This time,BODA service engineers went to customers warehouse for repair BODA 2×80kN tensioner PC board and hydraulic drum stand motor.After BODA service engineers finished service to BODA products,they helped customers to inspect others suppliers products such as TESMEC product as per customers requirements.Customers said that TESMEC products quality were reliable,but service not. Operators prefer BODA products than other products because BODA products was much more easier in operation .BODA service engineer helped customer to replace wires in electrical system, repair the hydraulic motor oil leaking.
